I am rejecting this response because: On Jan3, 2017, I ordered a specialty product from this companyI was told that I was paying for a preorderWhen I first complained to you on Jan13, 2017, Complaint ID # [redacted] , the company responded to you that the order should be shipped within the weekIt is now Feb 23, and as of three days ago I was told, for the third time, that the product would ship within a few daysIt has still not shipped They have my money, but I have no product, and they do not answer their phones or return e-mail messages

We are so very sorry for any misunderstanding, as the pre-orders would be shipped the moment the goods arrived. We did receive the voicemails, however we spoke on live chat with the customer about the order so the voice mails were not returned as we thought that covered the issue. We are so very sorry for any misunderstanding. The tracking shows the items have been scanned in for delivery tomorrow. If the customer doesn't wish to keep them, we will be happy to allow a return for a full refund. Thank you again

On Jan. 3, 2017, I ordered a specialty product from this company. I
was told that I was paying for a preorder. When I first complained to
you on Jan. 13, 2017, Complaint ID #[redacted], the company responded to
you that the order should be shipped within the week. It is now Feb.
23, 2017 and as of three days ago I was told, for the third time, that
the product would ship within a few days. It has still not shipped.
They have my money, but I have no product, and they do not answer their
phones or return e-mail messages.
