Review: Tech came in do repair my fridge. In the process of pulling out my fridge he damaged my wood floors. I called to file a complaint. I was told to get an estimate for the repair and send it to them. I also sent them pictures of the damage caused by their repairman. to this day I have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: Send me the money required to do the repair or hire the company that I got an estimate from to come in to do the repair.
