To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in reference to case #***. The customer states that we have not
returned phone calls regarding her issueWe have left her many voicemails and returned calls on many occasionsWe have even met with the neighbor to let us into the home to fix the issue due to the customer being tied up at doctor’s appointments. The job was completed on 6/22/and was working properly, also passing County inspection on 8/3/The first call we received regarding an issue with the install completed on 6/22/was on 2/2/On 2/7/my technician concluded that a part had gone bad due to a factory defectAt that time we placed an order for a new part and called for it to be installed on 2/27/The customer’s neighbor, *** *** ***, met us at the customers home on 2/27/to install the new part, after it was installed the system was checked and operating properly. We didn’t hear back from the customer until around the 3rd week of March, at which point the customer complained of not having power to her receptacles on her lanaiMy dispatcher who spoke with her relayed this information to my service manager, who then recommended that the customer get an electrician to look at the electrical issue because what she was complaining of was not something that would have been effected by my technicians workThe customer agreed to get an electricianThe customer called back a couple of days later to say that she had an electrician come out who said that the receptacle was an open neutral wire and that it was directly related to when we installed the part on 2/27/The customer was notified that she would receive a call back from our service manager at that timeMy service manager tried to get a hold of her times after receiving the messageShe then called back complaining that he never called her and we were disregarding her situationWe then scheduled with her to send my service manager out there himselfWhen my service manager arrived on site on 3/30/2017, he questioned if the electrician that had been out was a licensed contractor, to which the customer replied no, and that she had a friend come look at itMy service manager, who does hold an electrical certification, then asked to double check her friends diagnosis, to which the customer agreedDuring my service managers reevaluation of the electrical issue he noted that there was no open neutral wire and did find a faulty ground fault receptacle (in the kitchen not on the lanai near the mini split system like the customer had previously stated) due to wear and tear, not having anything to do with the installation of the mini split system or part that we had installed. This letter that we received from the Revdex.com was dated 3/28/2017…which was before the last visit with the customerWe are under the impression that as of now any issue with the customer has already been resolved. *** ***Office ManagerMike Morello, Inc###-###-####

Not in full agreement but will accept it for now. Once my warranty is over, I will never use them again.
