When looked at the job the owner of the house had put lend seed oil on the ceiling in 1 spot (approx. 4' by 4') which caused a bunch of bumps on the ceiling. went to [redacted] and got some flat white. We put [redacted] on the brown spots, and then painted flat white on the whole ceiling. I knew the color wouldn't match up so pointed the whole ceiling so it would look good (opprox. 80' by 30'). I did return to her house to give her on LED light bulb and she asked if I would skim it ogdin and I did and repainted it. I also had my part time employee finish trimming the living room ceiling where the Owner of the house showed me. Also, I fixed a crack where she put screen stuff on ceiling which didn't look good and she really liked how that looked. I could have charged her extra money for pointing the whole ceiling but I didn't. Therefore, truly believe that we did a good job with God and St. Joseph's help and even my part time helper thought it looked good. If she did not like the ceiling offer thot she should have contacted me within 3 days that is on the back of the contract and not woit Almost a month. usually if an owner has work done you can pretty much decide if something does not look right, right away not to woit almost a month.Enclosed you will find a copy of my contract and the letter the Owner Of the house wrote.Mike M[redacted]
