Customer's call to the customer service center on 12/13/was listened to and she called in the downgrade to a Monday-Friday delivery.that took effect 12/14/The delivery person continued to deliver a Saturday and Sundaypaper to her in error and at at his or her expense

I am rejecting this response because: I made over 10 phone calls to cancel-they are lying that I didn't call. My credir card company also called twice while I was on the call. They simply kept charging my card and I consider it a fraud. I disputed all charges.
