Mike O'Brien's Heat, Cool and Plumbing

Before this customer sent this too the Revdex.com they tried to go back to our financing company and get them to do a refund of what they paid but our credit card company didn't approve this. In answer to the complaint: We found that the temperature of the boiler was set too low degree which
is way to low to heat any building Therefore we raised the temperature to degree and also changed the thermostat The customer has called and stated that it is much better and seems to be working fine Please correct any derogatory comments associated against out company concerning this matter.Barbara *** (Executive management)

This customer when we arrived had there kitchen sink plumbing taped with duct tape we undid all the tape and tried to clear a stoppage but couldn't do so and told the customer to call someone that does stoppages to come in and clear the pipes We didn't secure the piping back together because
the problem wasn't corrected and someone else was coming right in to fix the stoppage and the customer decided too use the sink anyways and that is why water went all over the place.We will refund the customer there money back if you feel it necessary.Barbara
