This customer when we arrived had there kitchen sink plumbing taped with duct tape we undid all the tape and tried to clear a stoppage but couldn't do so and told the customer to call someone that does stoppages to come in and clear the pipes. We didn't secure the piping back together because...
the problem wasn't corrected and someone else was coming right in to fix the stoppage and the customer decided too use the sink anyways and that is why water went all over the place.We will refund the customer there money back if you feel it necessary.Barbara
