Went in 11/28/looking for the CR-V LXThey asked if we were interested in the EXWe said probably not, just looking for the LXNot until I overheard another customer looking for the LX, that THEIR sales rep said there are none available on their lot OR the surrounding area, I asked MY sales rep about the availability He confirmed that it's true, they DON'T have any 2015, but they could work a deal for the Bottom line, they tried to up-sell an EXOnce we declined, they said they could offer us the LX model for $with $down We walked outHowever, first expressing our extreme dissatisfaction that they wasted our time Especially since I called the night before to make an appointment and told the "Internet Specialist" that we were interested in this make and modelWhen asked about the advertising, they tried to back peddle and tell us that the "internet promotion" didn't catch up with their print promotions Now, I'm no expert in the digital or print world, but I think you can change something on a website faster than you can change mass production printoutsDisgusted that we wasted half a dayShady Bait-and-Switch tactics Thoroughly annoyed

CR-V LX 2015 lease for $139 a month with $3700 down
Went in 11/28/2015 looking for the 2015 CR-V LX. They asked if we were interested in the EX. We said probably not, just looking for the LX. Not until I overheard another customer looking for the LX, that THEIR sales rep said there are none available on their lot OR the surrounding area, I asked MY sales rep about the availability. He confirmed that it's true, they DON'T have any 2015, but they could work a deal for the 2016.
Bottom line, they tried to up-sell an EX. Once we declined, they said they could offer us the 2016 LX model for $198 with $3900 down. We walked out. However, first expressing our extreme dissatisfaction that they wasted our time. Especially since I called the night before to make an appointment and told the "Internet Specialist" that we were interested in this make and model.
When asked about the false advertising, they tried to back peddle and tell us that the "internet promotion" didn't catch up with their print promotions. Now, I'm no expert in the digital or print world, but I think you can change something on a website faster than you can change mass production printouts.
Disgusted that we wasted half a day. Shady. Bait-and-Switch tactics. Thoroughly annoyed.
