In response to the customer’s complaint: The customer was upset with the way we handled his situation. He didn’t like the fact that we wanted him to come back to our dealership to get some gas that we owed him and cut a second key for the vehicle he purchased. The reason we wanted
him to come back and cut the key at our dealership, is so we would have his vehicle here to be able to get him his gas. He wanted to go to his local dealership and cut the key and then we were to reimburse him The salesperson involved is a newer employee and didn’t realize that that was an option. We have since spoken with the customer and explained ourselves. Furthermore, we mailed him a reimbursement check in the amount of $ to cover the cost of the second key on 2/ Todd D*** Preowned Director Mike Raisor Autogroup 765-448-td***@raisorford.com
