As I said in my previous response the customer and I had talked on 06/and agreed upon Canyon Kitchen Cabinets removing the shower door, walls and pan. We would brace under the sub floor so the creaking would stop. We would then re-install the pan, walls and shower door and the missing tiles. During that conversation, the customer informed me that she would be out of town until 07/08, I told her to call me when she returned so that we can schedule the redo and she agreed. If the customer is asking for something different than what we agreed upon I am not seeing it here. We are willing to redo the shower when she returns

When the shower door was being installed, there was no creaking or cracking sounds, we did not have any conversation " go ahead install any way. We only found out the next day the problem when we wanted to use the shower, that is when we called canyon kitchen cabinets and informed them of the problem with the shower pan creaking. They came out and they said they will fixed it couple days later they said they have to remove the tiles make a hole under it we told them we do not have any spare tile they said they will take care of later they made bunch of holes and squirted some material under the shower pan. It did not fix the problem. We called them again several times and we got no response from them. Now we have several tiles missing in front of the shower and the problem with the shower pan continues and no communication from them. We still do not know how they will solve the problem.we would like to them take care like they signed the contract we are not allow them to make a whole on the ceiling we still do not know whats going to happen missing tiles they do need to remove whats there and start to fix the problem and install the shower,  they are the one who used a sledge hammer to remove the shower pan one things after another with them so they need to remove exiting things they install and start probably these put us under stress so many bad ways since feb 10 12017 we are waiting to have a shower

we installed a culture marble shower floor with a 4” curb along the entrance to the shower.  After the install was complete the customer said she wanted a pan that has a curb all the way around the perimeter of the shower so we removed the walls and installed a pan with a curb on the complete...

perimeter.  They were happy with the install so we scheduled the shower door install.  During the shower door install it was noticed that the floor was creaking (the bathroom is on the 2nd floor) so the installer was not going to install the door but the customer told him to install it anyway.  We went over to figure out why the floor was creaking and it seemed to be coming from under the subfloor that we laid.  We were going to brace under the subfloor so we removed 1 row of tile in front of the pan but there was a 2 layer of tile so we could not get to it.  We informed the customer to take care of this we could open the ceiling from below to brace it and the customer said no and that she wanted us to remove the shower door, shower walls and pan and brace it from above.  On 06/15 I agreed with her to do as she wanted and we would remove the complete shower,  at that time she informed me she was going to be out of town until 07/08, I told her to call us when she returned and we would schedule a date to re-do her shower and she agreed.  On 06/19 she called the office, I was out of the office the week of 6/19 so she spoke with one of the girls in the office asking for a schedule and she was told there is no schedule yet she got upset and said she was taking legal action.  We have already agreed to take care of the this matter when she returned from her vacation so not sure what she wants now.
