Review: I have a failed window that needs to be replaced since December of 2012. As of April 22,2013 I still have not received my replacement window. The Customer Service department of this company is HORRIBLE!!! I would never recommend them for any job. They do not return your phone calls in a timely manner, and NEVER NEVER answer their phones. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern for warranty issues.Desired Settlement: JUST INSTALL MY REPLACEMENT WINDOW..........PLEASE

Review: I purchased a new rubber roof with a >10year warranty . This year in February I had my roof leak in 2 separate places which caused damage to the custom ceiling in my home . After numerous calls to the owner Mike Rosenello and the office and over a month of waiting the roof had patchwork completed to temporarily stop the leak. ( a roof that Never leaked until after service from the company)

Now after countless phone calls and promised dates of repair my ceiling is still with needed repaired damage not repaired by the company. The company even lied to me and told me the tiles were ordered then NEVER ordered them.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse my family for the cost of the custom tiles needed for the repair and the cost of the labor by a larger and skilled contractor such as lowes or homedepo .
