Awful awful this company will just take your money and come pick up your vehicle and attack fee's just because they want too They are all bullies and have no care for the people, different dealerships have been in the location they are in , I wonder why ? Very shadyFirst, the salesperson kept asking me for my insurance ID cards - before I even drove or purchased the carThen, they produced a list of things that were supposedly done to the car and assured me they had done a thorough checkIf they had done a check they would have known both headlights didn't workI told the salesperson I was getting a wobble at low and high speeds on the day I brought the car homeHe told me to drive it for a while because the car had been sitting for a whileEnded up being the front driver CV ***Had to have the car towedWhen I called the dealership about it the salesperson said, "We sell cars 'as is." It was dangerous to driveThere is an implied trust in buying a car and they kept pushing how much money they had put into the carEnded up spending over $1,just to bring the car up to speedI didn't have a lot of money to spend and needed a dependable vehicleFunny how the "as is" comment always comes up when you have a problemThey even said they had "detailed" the car but it was filthy when I picked it upI needed a car and should have done my due diligenceThey don't stand by their saleIf something goes wrong you're screwedI still don't trust that the car will not break downEvery day it seems something else is going wrongThe check engine light was on when I first looked at the carSalesperson said they would fix itWhen I picked up the car the check engine light was still onTheir "mechanic" said it was probably because the car hadn't run for a whileHe read the code and said it was the OsensorSaid I shouldn't worry about it because Florida doesn't have strict emission control laws and that a faulty Osensor would not be a problemWell, either he lied or he didn't know what he was talking about because it DOES create a problemI have to let the car run for about minutes before I drive it so it will get out of "safe mode" because it has a faulty OsensorI've had to buy high mileage "buy here-pay here" vehicles before and the dealership has always stood by the customer and fixed any issueNot this placeOnce you drive out you're history and on your ownDon't believe a word they say about a car you're looking atTake it to a mechanic or have someone look it overInsist on test driving the car and don't let the salesperson bully youI've bought a lot of used carsThis is the first one I'm afraid to drive and now I'm stuck with itI do not recommend Schirra's at allThere are plenty of other places to go

I have been a customer of Schirra's Auto since January of Now lets get this clearI was asked to put $down on a BMW 525i, which I didI paid not only on time but ahead of time.....and from January until March I was able to drive that car for no more than three weeks !!!!!! The rest of the time it was in their so called repair shopThey even admitted that the reason the car was there was because while checking brakes they ruined the engine !!! I came to pick up my car for brake repair and the person who was test driving my car sped past me in hopes that I would not see the smoke from the engine !!! Once I saw that I did not want the car any longer.......soooooo what do they do? They sell me a BMW 545i and now after $invested in this car.....(because I know if you buy a used car you might need to put money in it) This car is sitting in my driveway and wont start...remember this is less than three months from the last lemon !!!!! So the kicker is this....when I call they tell me the mechanic cant talk to me and suggested a number for me to call......then when I asked for a manager they said they don't have one.........ohhh and yeah the owner is out to lunchDON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON OPENING A LEMONADE STAND
On October 4, I went to place $down on a Toyota Corolla...Filed our paper work and everything and told Salesman ***
Filed our paper work and everything and told Salesman *** had an agreement that he would hold the car for me til I pay the whole 1500" now during this I t was statement that he would work with me biweekly and that I could place myself key every time I get paid til we reach the 1500..& I explain my whole entire situation to him and he agreed to hold the car and all now on October, 12th,@ 10:38am he calls and tells me that I told him I would be back Friday which is yesterday with the rest of the payment for the car which is a lie cause I only get paid paid biweekly Specifically said that I would pay on the 18th when I get paid so now he calls back and say he never said that which is a lie had a witness there cause she has brought a car from them before and he said he would work with me and all and now he's going against his word so long stor
