I am rejecting this response because:
I am not surprised by the response from Schaefer Sealcoating Initially he did not say there were any risks with my drivewayOnly after the first failure to adhereYes he did offer a respray at a reduced price to respray after the second failureHe did not state the reduced price and I did not want a 3rd failureI instead requested a partial refund since I did not want him to suffer the total cost of a failed jobHe asked how much the initial cost was so I do believe he was considering a partial refundEven though he says he does not do refunds? I waited almost weeks before I had to contact the company againThis time I stated my expectations as a customerIt is very poor customer service to make a customer wait so long without a responseWe could debate whether or not my driveway should have been washed before applying the sealcoatThe information I researched did not say mud is the only debris to wash offIt's information that is available to any consumerCompanies always have failed jobsIt's how they deal with a few failed jobs and how they treat the customer that tells how a company measures upNot the to successful jobs

Yes in We cleaned and fixed any cracks and seal coated ***'s drivewayAt the time I noticed that driveway is wet and damp and very little sunshine and I told him if there is any issues we come back one time and resolve them for free which we came back in and resprayed it for freeIn
years I have never been told I am a poor business manNoting the wetness and trees around that driveway we sprayed acrylic adhesion promoter on the second time which helps the product adhere better which again it didn't adhere again tells me there is something in the driveway like wetness or sap from trees that is causing this problemIf I'm not mistaken he has a sprinkler system that sprays a lot on the driveway and that could be the issue We provided *** everything I said we would and as one of the few companies that offers a free respray we did what we said we would.*** said he researched and found driveways need to be pressure washed before handDriveways need to be dry to apply crack sealant and sealer and the only time we pressure wash them is when they have mud on themAs he related poor customer service I will say we did everything I said we would and it still didn't work so that tells me it's in his asphaltI offered to respray it for a very cheap price to try and resolve this and he refused saying he didn't want that.In closing I sure am sad how this went but I did everything I said I would and don't offer refundsWe do to driveways a year and have very few problems or else I would be brokeBeing we did everything I told him we would and did offer a respray this year again and he refused I would hope he watches what he says about my Company because I have options also
