Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: how about the fact that I signed for a whopping $22000s worth of my hard work and sacrifice as an investment for my careers and family that leaves me in -$in equity, as i've come to be advised that It's worth/condition is only $4000, and that it appeared you'd oversold me this vehicle, after having it appraised several timesThis is a great injusticeThat is not what we were told sir, and I refuse to lose anymore money from this bad investment, never had I experienced this with a used vehicle, sirNo disrespect intended, but this is a robbery Regards, [redacted]

The contract we submitted to the bank on your behalf matches the package you
selected and signed for at the time of purchase ($GAP and $Road
Hazard Protection)The tax rate and subsequent $you were charged was
the standard state tax rate that is required to be charged on every vehicle
I apologize if someone in the store told you there would only be a “soft
hit” on your credit report but unfortunatly the banks require us to pull a full
credit report for approvalPart of the process is to find you the best
possible rate so we will submit your credit to our best banks available in
order to get you the lowest finance rate available to youAgain, we apologize
that all of this information was not explained in more depth but we have
verified that you were not charged for anything in error

target down pmtbudget and the target monthly budget which you shared with us We (Mike Shaw Kia) pulled your credit that one time Then we structured your deal, sent it to Kia motor Credit and they pulled your credit to approve your loan That being said, it is true that every pull was required by the business, but was being used to purchase one vehicle In a perfect world we would only have to pull your credit one time In this case, Kia Motor Credit pulled it twice and we did once out of necessity in trying to accomplish your goal of purchasing a vehicle I spoke with Jeff earlier and he and I will be happy to help you in any way possibleUnfortunately, I can only write a letter stating what happened from my perspective If I can help in any way, I would be glad to If you need a letter, I will be glad to write it, but I fell like as your own advocate, you may have more influence in this situation Kia Motor Credit on the other hand may be able to help you resolve your issues. We responded to this on Tuesday July 11, 2017 we talked to Mrs. [redacted] on the 11th and explained everything to her. Its my understanding that she is ok now.

This is a great injustice. That is not what we were told sir, and I refuse to lose anymore money from this bad investment, never had I experienced this with a used vehicle, sir. No disrespect intended, but this is a robbery.

[redacted]- Sorry, returned from vacation yesterday and had not caught up returning emails. Although this customer made a complaint.  Her car was returned to her, her contract was nullified and she seemed happy when she left.  The problem stemmed from a miscommunication between her and the...
