Review: We paid Mike Simmons $27,415 for interior electrical work and drywall/painting on the inside of a storage shed on our property at [redacted]. This payment also included purchase and installation of a 20 kw generator.The job has not been completed; work began in August 21, 2012. Despite repeated promises from Mr. Simmons he has not completed final electrical work and start up of the generator with inspection and permits, installation of a major electrical switch, the finishing of an exterior receptacle, the replacement of an aging and "dangerous" (according to Mr. Simmons) power cable on the exterior of [redacted], final installation of a ceiling fan.Desired Settlement: We want Mr. Simmons to complete the job as promised! We also want to warn other consumers that Mr. Simmons is unreliable. It has been over a year; Mr. Simmons has been paid, but the work is not complete.
