I have had five star lawns do my lawn last year and again today I am very pleased with the work done and the young men are very pleasant and work very hard I will hire five star again next spring without a doubt
five star lawns did an excellent job on our property in the *** flats areaThey were professional, quick to react, and will definitely recommend their efficient job and we plan to use them again next spring
I requested and paid for a spring cleanup and aerationI was not home when the crew completed their work but when I did return I noticed dirt left on the sidewalks, deep footprints in my flower bed and aeration completed only to most of the boulevard but not the yardI contacted *** the owner of five star lawns to ask for an explanation as to why I did not receive the service I paid for*** seemed like he did not believe me and I was hoping he would come out for an inspection which he did notI phoned several times to get the service I paid for and finally, while I was at work, the job was completedHowever it was unsatisfactory, parts of the lawn were mangled, dirt was left behind on the sidewalks, lawn edging was punctured, and my Virginia creeper was damagedI contacted *** and expressed my displeasure and remedy*** finally came out, while I was at work, to inspect and admitted to the damageI was seeking a refund and damages to my property which he did not agree toI have received no compensation today
I have been using Five Star Lawn Care for at least 5 years for my spring clean up. I have a large corner lot which gets a lot of the sand on my yard from the City sanding/snow removal. I have always been happy with Five Star lawn Service and keep using their services. They continue to impress me and this year they by far exceeded my expectations.
I am very happy with their service and will continue to utilize them each spring. I strongly recommend them to my family friends.
