I spoke with driver about this and he says he did replace cover and I believe himI do believe it is missing as well and may not have been properly replaced by himI have mailed Mr*** a check for that should cover his costsI was out of the area when this complaint came in and was
unable to respond in a time suitable for himI am sad that we are blemished because of itI am also sad that you would forward along his threats and name calling and then publish it as well....really!Respectfully*** ***

He scraped car to pull a part,we was only the tower the vehicle was already processed at pull a part and we no longer had access to vehicleHe only needed to go to pull a part with ID and retrieve personal property only he had access toWe had already contacted next
pick up and and was committed to itI am sorry he had a problem caused by the fact that he left personal prooperty in a vehicle he sold to them
