I was referred to MS Services by a colleagueWe selected MS Services to paint/stain our kitchen cabinets They were prompt, friendly, and clean at the start of the projectOur cabinets were a light white oak We requested a darker color Towards the end of the project, our concerns were made evident The application of the finish was uneven, with runs, rough spots, and orange peel It is now cracking and falling off All our cabinet hardware was stripped and had to be replaced We had several people from MS come to look at it No resolution We refused to pay until it was fixed We ended up paying about a quarter of what was owed, and never heard from them again If I could post a photo here I would Now, complete refinishing or total replacement is the only option I wish we would have used someone else Now I get to look at it everyday I am sure this is not everyday practice, and mistakes are made it is how the mistakes are resolved that defines service Never again will I use this company
