Company did not fully describe verbally nor written the type of Ac/Heating system that was to be installed My builder directed to [redacted] as their main supplier of AC/Heating components for my new house Upon installation and the first cold spell of the season, I noticed that the unit were running a large amount of time and that heat from the vents was warm; not hot Th repair tech came out quickly and indicated the system was functioning as a heat pump system was designed The was the first time this type of system (heat pump) had been discussed Upon review of the quote and the actual invoice, there is no mention of the heat pump system After several discussions the latest being on 2-9-with the owner ( [redacted] ), I was informed that [redacted] was not going to exchange the system for a gas heating system unless I paid the full of approximately $and [redacted] would not give me any refund on the month old system I indicated that no where in any paper work does it mention anything conce
