Review: All went well for several months, we hired him to do our roof. As he worked over 2-3 days, he asked for money, so I gave him several checks. He said 1/2 of roof was done, paid him balance and planned to have the other half done when the rains let up. A couple months later he was back to do other half. But wanted 1001.0 up front. Then he wanted more and again more. Then final payment. Then the rains came again and the roof leaked. Called [redacted] more then 10 times and left messages. No answer until I called the DA within the hour he called. Without the permit I said, he wouldn't do the job he promised and he would do- waited 2 more weeks and checked no permit. The living room which he fixed, now squeaks again, $250 for the job.Desired Settlement: Run him out of business. How many others he ripped off. Stop Him! My husband is blind so could not check hte work as it went on.
