Review: Two years ago he was contacted to redo my steps and since then the bottom platform has sunk and cracked. I contacted him to correct it and he has refused.Desired Settlement: I spoke with him and his wife to come back and correct it, but they have not contacted me back. I would like to have this replaced or I will file complaint in small claims for triple damages.
