Our Salesman spoke to this customer *** *** *** *** as we are in *** ** and he is in ***. The purpose of contacting the customer in this manner was so the customer could view the vehicle. Our salesman walked around the vehicle in order to provide him with live
visual of the vehicle. I spoke to this customer on Saturday 1/21/as the customer raised concern about the cylinder head gasket being blown due to seeing condensation in the oil filler housing. I explained to the customer the impression of condensation was due to the cold weather. I even went as far as taking another picture of the oil filler housing from anothe* *** *** to show him this is very common due to the climate here in ***. After talking to this customer he told me he would have the engine oil and transmission fluid flushed and replaced and would drive it for one month to see if the condensation would return since he lives in a much warmer climate. We agreed that he would touch base with me on this topic then. At no time did customer request face time of under carriage of vehicle and customer could have requested to have vehicle inspected by an independent shopDuring my conversation with him there was no mention of valve cover and water pump leaking it was only brought to my attention via his report to the Revdex.com. I purchased my *** *** from tony almost a year agoI had a great buying experience, Tony worked with me to get a great price and got me approved! I drive the car every day and track it occasionally I have had no issues with it, I just keep up with my regular maintenanceAny questions I have about the vehicle to this day I can call or stop by and my questions are answeredThe staff is very friendly and I would highly recommend Mike & Tony's to everyone, they have a wide assortment of vehicles from regular daily drivers to high performance vehicles

We are currently repairing this customer's vehicle.The repair should be done by early next week.This is a car that we sold that has high performance parts on it and we explained to customer that we were selling it as is and he agreed.A few weeks later it developed a engine problem an d he
towed it in and gave us authorization to tear vehicle down so his warranty company could inspect it to see if they would cover the engine.The warranty company later contacted us and informed us that they are denying the claim because of the high performance parts .I later receive a call from a dmv inspector about the situation,we when back on forth sorting out the facts and he told me that per state law the car is still covered under warranty.My goal is to make every purchase a happy one here at *** and *** and was not trying to get over on this customer

My name is [redacted] I am writing this review because of my great experience I have had with Mike & Tony's Auto. I purchased a [redacted] 3 weeks ago. The price was very fair, the truck was in immaculate condition inside/out. But a few days after I noticed my vehicle was pulsating at 30 mph every time. So I called Mike & Tony's and they said bring it here so we can look at it. Well they did and the [redacted] dealer told them to have the transmission fluid flushed. They did. Well when Mike & Tony's drove it back from the [redacted] dealer they said it was doing the same thing. So they took it to a transmission shop and found out it needed a torque converter. Well they called me and told me they ordered it and when it came in they would have it installed. Well they did exactly as they promised. They never tried getting out of the warranty work and I know it had to have cost anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000. So my experience with them was wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice pre owned vehicle. All there vehicles on there lots are super clean. They have great personalities also thanks Tony, Mackenzie, and Sims.

Review: My vehicle (2008 [redacted]) was purchased 5/22/2014. I have owned the vehicle for 32 days, and it has been returned to the dealer 4-5 times for the same ongoing repairs to the motor. I had discussed with the owner many times and he reassured me that the vehicle would be repaired. I purchased the used vehicle for $22,500, and I have not had it in my possession for more than 3 weeks. To my surprise [redacted] the owner, has now asked me to pay for the repair to my vehicle, which under the Ct State Lemon Law, he must fix the vehicle or refund my money in full. The contract that was signed was in "as is" condition but under CT state law it can't be sold as is. I have left my vehicle at the dealership where it will remain until I can get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my vehicle repaired correctly and / or money refunded in full.
