This is in response to complaint # *** ***)The customer brought the vehicle in with a very poorly running engineIn the course of our diagnosis we had to remove some engine parts to gain accessIt did take us a while (I don't recall exactly how long) to work on the car as we
were very busyI was in contact with the owner on a pretty regular basis (she called me several times)When we did figure out the problem, I told her what we had found and advised her that probably her best (least expensive) option would be a good used engineShe said that couldn't afford it right now and asked what she owed up to nowI told her we had spent several hoursbut I would only ask that she pay $(my shop rate at the time was $90.00)I got the impression that she just needed a little time to get the money, but would pay for and take the carI have been storing it since and could use the spaceI am willing in good faith to waive the cost and have the vehicle towed to her house
