Unit was purchased April 22, 2016. First time unit was brought in for warranty work, it was because the A/C was leaking inside unit and the entrance door needed an adjustment. time. Time was needed due to, diagnosing the issue, ordering parts and waiting on shipping from manufacture, correspondence between dealer and the manufacture on corrective action, and finally correcting the issue according to the guidelines of the manufacturer’s warranty. Second time it was dropped off was August 15, 2016 without an appointment and we said we would try and fit it in to fix the issue of the refrigerator not getting cold, front outside speaker stopped working, and propane pigtail was too short and wanted it replaced with a longer one. Repairs were completed August 22, 2016. The speaker was repaired, the pigtail was replaced and as far as the refrigerator we removed a metal shield that was blocking the air flow, after removing the shield we thought the issue was fixed since the refrigerator was recorded at 28 degrees in the refrigerator and 26 degrees in the freezer. Time was needed due to, diagnosing the issue which includes the refrigerator needing to be left on propane for 24 hrs, then electric for 24 hrs. to check for function of each. Then taking corrective action and again testing the refrigerator on propane for 24 hrs, then electric for 24 hrs. when it was recorded at 28 degrees in the refrigerator and 26 degrees in the freezer. Unit was picked up and we were called that the refrigerator was not cold again. Unit was again dropped off without an appointment on Sunday August 28, 2016 (we are closed Sundays) We again started to diagnose the issue which includes the refrigerator needing to be left on propane for 24 hrs, then electric for 24 hrs. to check for function of each. The refrigerator did not get cold. Time was needed due to, diagnosing the issue by contacting both the trailer manufacture and the refrigerator manufacture to see who could help with the issue of whether it was an install issue (trailer manufacture) or refrigerator issue (refrigerator manufacture). We had other set appointments already scheduled that we were fitting the trailer in as we could out of curtesy since it was bought here. Had a formal appointment been set up we would not have worked on this unit until mid-September due to our busy schedule, that and the holiday weekend was also September 2-5, 2016. Once it was determined that the main issue was with the refrigerator manufacture there were tests that needed to be done and submitted to the refrigerator manufacture. Once submitted to the refrigerator manufacture (September 8, 2016) it took 1 week (September 15, 2016) for the refrigerator manufacture to give us an answer on how to proceed. A part ordered by the refrigerator manufacture September 15, 2016 and was received September 21, 2016. Time is needed for ordering parts and waiting on shipping from manufacture, correspondence between dealer and the manufactures on corrective action, and finally correcting the issue according to the guidelines of the manufacturer’s warranties. The LED light strip issue was called in September 1, 2016. The LED was ordered right away form the trailer manufacture and arrived September 13, 2016. Now that all parts have arrived we will replace them and do what was recommended to see if that corrects the issues.
