In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] , We went back there and installed new flashing behind the siding as requestedThe problem with this job is not the roofIf the customer talked to me like a human being this would not be a problemThe issue is the replacement windows above the rear porch roof are leaking only in heavy rainI installed new metal flashing around the windows for her at no additional charge and removed the siding and installed flashing at their requestWhen we took the roof apart to install the flashing, the roof sheathing was dry, which tells me the roof was never leaking due to the roofThe customer also claims the roof never leaked before we came, which is a statement why would you only replace this section of roof, obviously you had a leak so you called us to replace the roof and solve your problemThe two windows above the roof already had a large amount of caulking on them when we got there to do the roof, telling me that obviously there was a leak prior to our workIf this was an issue with our work it would be taken care of at no charge, however it is not the roofI do not wish to do any future business with this customer, every time she has left a nasty message on my office line regarding the workmanship and that we do not know what we are doingI can bring my TAMKO roofing manufacturer representative there to inspect the work if you would like, but this is a window leak and I am not going to be doing any work for this customer again so she can call another contractor to remove the two replacement windows above the roof, install metal flashing under the windows, and reinstall the new windows and set them in silicone because the actual replacement windows are holding water in heavy rain and leaking through I have seen it before and trust me I never have a problem guaranteeing my work

We went back and made the repairs, we took everything down and reinstalled, the consumer was satisfied
