On November *** *** came in for a Utah State Safety Inspection our Inspector goes over the vehicle it takes about 20-minutes to go over the vehicle by checking the lights, horn, removing wheels to check brake measurements, thorough inspection of the vehicle, the technician then
takes the notes from his inspection and logs into the utah state safety inspection website, where is he couldn’t properly inspect the vehicle if he was moving back and forth from a computer to the vehiclethe vehicle failed due to bad wheel bearingsAfter week we received an online review from a dissatisfied customerMike the owner personally called Ms*** and asked her if she could bring in her vehicle, and we would refund her $so he could make the proper decision of the safety of the vehicleOn 12/11/ 3:pm Ms*** brought her vehicle back into our Auto Repair shop I personally refunded her $she then allowed us to pull her vehicle into the shop and we had all of our certified Inspectors check the Wheel Bearings on her vehicle, they were still looseWe then had Ms*** come out into the shop so we could explain to her that her vehicle was not safe to drive and showed her how the vehicle had play on both sides of the vehicle, we then Explained the vehicle was not safe to drive, she then mentioned she didn’t have time to fix the vehicle due to her having to drive to another state to leave the countryWe then received a letter from the Utah Revdex.com about this issue we thought had been resolvedWe have made the phone call to the Utah state Safety inspector *** *** to further look into this customers vehicleFor further questions or more information please feel free to give myself or Mike a Call Monday-Friday 8:AM- 5:PM Thank You Kylie T*** Mike’s Auto Clinic SERichfield UT ###-###-####
