Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:He is not being honestI looked at and drove *** ***, one day! The *** had a wheel drive issueUpon returning to the lot with the *** I noticed the *** ***, (which was not running prior due to a stuck valve) He mentioned that it was repaired and a different head was installed to address the stuck valve issue(Not exactly a limited skill repair.) Leary, but sure this was a nicer truck for the money I bought this oneThe *** was not purchased, nor was there any paperwork done at that time, so I changed my mind and bought the ***The headliner was hanging down and someone had attempted to actually staple it back up? He said he never even noticed this? How can a person drive a truck around and not notice the falling headliner? I had that repaired at my expense as I really liked this truckHe did repair the driver seat because it wouldn't stay down and wouldn't allow entry into the cab areaNo plugs were installed*** cleaner was sprayed into the carburetorI did mention this stalling issue repeatedly and even brought it to a *** Mechanic, which I couldn't do until it actually threw a code! By that time my warranty had expired, regardless. This turns out to be a well known issue with this make and model, any so called mechanic, would be well aware of this issue*** replaced a shift block under a recall which was not taken care of sooner? Another shop more skilled than ***, found an intake leak as a gasket was ignored during the stuck valve/head repair, a common mistakeAlthough it has improved mechanically, the stalling issue remains a mystery? Last known code was with respect to the firing order on & 5, gross misfire, also a well known issue among mechanics, even those with limited skillsNothing to do with any computerIt's all a cop outThe *** Blue Book list this year, make and model at half the price he charged meDue to the deteriorated condition and a poor repaint.Never againI needed a trustworthy vehicle to go back and forth to the VA in WVI should have kept my old S-10, at least it was reliable! I thought the goal in vehicle sales was to get return customers? *** this shop and read the reviewsI only speak the truth and the truth shall set me freeI slander no one and welcome the chance to address that as well......I no longer want anything from this shop, nothing, no refund, no apology, nothing! Thank you for your kind assistance

Sept 21, 2016Dear Revdex.com,This customer came to our lot at the end of September and drove a different truck for over a period of two weeksHe chose to buy the *** *** truck on the day he came to buy a different truckHe then test drove the *** truckThe original window sticker price
was $5995, and we gave him a better price of $6700, We price our vehicles according to the *** Book valueHe purchased the vehicle on October 14, not December 17, He paid $6700, not $And if he felt it was priced to high he did not have to buy this truckWe always buy a warranty on every vehicle from a warranty company and the warranty is for monthsAt the time of purchase, this customer chose to pay extra and get months upgrade instead of just the months that we buy, he did not get an additional days at a later time the way his letter statesAt the time of purchase the vehicle did not have a stalling issueWe drove the vehicle, he drove the vehicle, if there was an issue, we were not aware of itHe brought the vehicle back a few weeks later and sald that it had stalled on him, so we changed the spark plugs and wires at no cost to himWe drove it, it did not stall for usHe came back a few weeks after that and said that it had stalled againWe are a used car lot and we have been in business since and a used car dealer since 1994, for over yearsWe are an exhaust shop and we only do minor mechanical repairsWe suggested he take it to the *** dealership because our level of expertise does not cover computer problemsHe had a warranty to take it to any garage of his choiceHe was never brushed off as his letter states, any issue he had that we were capable of, we repaired for him at no costWe explained to him that we do not have the computers to test computer problemsHe was a very hard person to deal with, he continually would yell at us and would not be reasonableHe has even gone to the extent of slandering us on social media, which we not yet have done anything aboutWe have not heard from him for several months, assuming he got the truck repairedNow, three weeks shy of one year later he wants a refundWe feel we did everything we could to please him and help himHe had months to take this vehicle anywhere of his choice to have any issues repaired, that's why we put a warranty with our vehicles that again, is through a warranty company, not through our dealership.Enclosed is all of the documentation of the purchase price, purchase date, and warranty.Sincerely,Argel MOwner
