We offered a "good faith" resolution to this customer's complaint. We offered to replace the engine with another low mileage used engine at no cost to her but she had many additional demands so she refused to allow us to proceed with the repair. Our offer still stands. We will

I am rejecting this response because: After I sent *** a certified demand letter (for refund) and filed my Revdex.com complaint he SUDDENLY had a change of heart and offered to replace the engine. At this point, due to a number of questionable events and information I obtained, I no longer trusted him or his suppliers. I, reluctantly, did accept his offer but only under certain conditions. Only if he supplied me with the information (VIN etc.) surrounding the PROPOSED engine and its supplier. I didn't want the engine coming from the last supplier, All Parts, which has a Revdex.com rating of "F". I also asked his guarantee that if the replacement engine didn't operate properly he would then issue a full refund. No repeat of the events of the last four months with the last engine. On 4/18/*** refused calling my requests "unreasonable". I have since purchased an engine which will be delivered to a different shop for installation
