I have been to the store a couple times and also bought online from themI\'ve been always treated with kind and respect (and I am still in my 30\'s)I did had an issue once with one of my orders (they didn\'t have the item that I ordered) and I was called and told that the item was out of stock and that I could either get a similar one or get a refundSince I am not really an expert in the matter I asked for advise and the lady gave me some optionsI got a different item and after smoking it, I can say it was pretty similar to the original I had ordered

My cigars got delivered at my place in fine conditions and now enjoying my cigar with a cup of coffeeThanks, Mike's Cigars to make my evening great

Ordered a package from them beginning of December, still have not recieved nor will they do anything about it I've called twice and sent many emails, without a repsonse
