I went to this car dealer to finance a vehicle that I liked everything was going smooth the monthly payments were ok, not badThe warranty on the vehicles though comes to show that they do not trust or back up there vehicles its only days miles warrantyDespite the warranty I continued to proceed with the purchase processI gave a dollar down payment on the vehicle but I never took delivery because I was getting insurance quotes that were dollars a month or higher, I explained to them the reason that was was because my attorney needed to send out a letter to the insurance companies that I was not at fault in a prior accident I had a few years backThey did not care about my situation and gave me the run around when I askedfor my deposit in return,I have been waiting over two weeks just to even talk to the manager which I still hasn't got to speak withI do not recommend anyone this dealer simply because of this reason.they also lied to the bank that took on the loan on the car saying I gave a higher down deposit than I actually did, this place should be shut down
I purchased a vehicle with this dealership in October and it was ok in the beginningIn February I hit a dog on the highway, that incident caused the right front end of the car to be ripped offThe whole thing ended up being a mess, I had full coverage insurance but when the adjuster went to look at it, the insurance company deemed it a total lossI was told the damage was $4,and that the vehicle was only worth about $4,Now the vehicle was sold to me for over $17,Fiesta told me that they could fix it but I needed to get their gap insurance (which I can not afford) in all this mess I still have not gotten the vehicle fixed, I can't get full coverage insurance because the car was deemed a total lossI made several attempts to contact a manager and never got a return call or emailI make my payments on timeNow my current payment is $because I have a credit on my account, I keep getting tossed back and forth from person to person and still no management
