On 4-12-the *** was brought into our shop for wiper issue per customer, found that both wipers not working at all, found that the plastic bushings that fit into a ball and socket were worn out! They were the original OEM PARTS from factory years old! We removed link assemblies and replace both plastic bushings on wiper bladesEnclosed is a picture from the *** dealer and I highlighted the parts we replacedWhen the customer left both wipers were working! Customer came back 5-4-and stated the wipers were not working again and we replaced the new bushings that we did a month ago under warranty Again as stated in first letter, told customer if anything happens bring back and we will take care of it!!! Customer called august said not working and we said to get in will take care of it free of charge-Note wipers worked for MONTHS till they called Customer chose to take somewhere else---Mr T***-states check wipe not work one side-then States windshield wipers/plural don't work---then states replaced rf wiper link-- a part we never replaced both were working at both times when brought into shop-Note-- the part Mr T*** replaced is no longer available-The *** dealer and parts stores all verifiedIf Mr *** wants to keep pursuing this matter we will go to courtSincerelyShawn M*** Mike & Daughter Radiator & Automotive Inc

I am rejecting this response because: The Business Response is untrue , fabricated , and or an outright lie; just as the former response was I will keep saying this until I see a truthful statement I too can photocopy a sketch diagram of a wiper assembly , this means nothing in regard to the issue at hand .The **repair** was done wrong TWICE , and the part that was needed was NOT replaced Mr T*** did **that**.I found it odd that they say the **correct** part cannot be found or no longer carried ; how did Mr T*** fix the problem with that part that cannot be acquired ??!!?I also find it odd that **they** are threatening **me** with Court , since I would be The Plaintiff.PlaintiffPlaintiff
