Horrible customer service experience, ordered a hot tub from these guysDelivered it on the wrong day, messed up the ground level when they did deliver it and told me "nothing we can do about it"Was supposed to come with a free in-house water consultation and initial setupWas told my sales person had quit and to call back in a few weeks for the consultFew weeks later the water turned green, pool store tested and all the chemical balances were fine, suggested I contact the place where I got itCalled them back, had a new salesperson and scheduled a time to have her comeFirst attempt, no showBunch of excuses, rescheduled, second attempt, no show againMore excuses, schedule a 3rd attempt and cancels about an hour after she was supposed to be there (all three times I had to arrange for others to get my kids to various sports/activities)I give up, drain it and refill, start from scratchFew weeks later, water turns green again, call them for the free water consult I still haven't gotten, first they tell me now I have to pay for it, then sends me a series of snarky textsAVOID THIS PLACEAlso, you can get basically the same spa at the same price at *** ** *** *** in Fairfield, plus they throw in the bluetooth for free, I went with Mike's because I didn't want to wait the three weeks to order from ***, clearly my mistake
