My child received a power assist wheelchair from this company late in The wheelchair has since stopped working and the company claims that they can not fix it as they do not have the correct parts My child is also outgrowing the chair When you purchase a wheelchair it has to be good for at least years before insurance will consider purchasing another wheelchair They need to offer growth kits and/or larger frames The company claims they are no longer making larger frames therefore we are stuck with a broken wheelchair that is too small This is my child’s means of mobility and it has been taken away from her They are not responding to our requests to make the issue right
