I have done the pressure washing and three days of work The consumer has not paid as per the terms of the contract Therefore, the job cannot be completed until payment is made as per the contract The consumer is supposed to pay more money Consumer states he had an accident and doesn't have anymore money Certainly, I will not refund any money Consumer is responsible for breaking the contract I have called many times I am here to do a job

Dear [redacted] *** Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Thank you very much for thisI think this is very positiveI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Of course it is obvious that the painter is not honestHe is lying about three days of work, the only thing he has done is a "quick pressure washing job" and that took less than a couple of hours most of which he was socializing, talking to me and othersHe is lying about calling me many times and he is twisting the facts about the accidentI have told him that I am a disabled senor citizen with limited funds because he has taken my money and gone for or months Hence, I need your kind help in thisHe has received $from me at the get go in April alreadyNow, he is asking for another $before doing anything (e.izero prepwork or anything YET)Do you think it is wise to pay him another $1000.00? I think he might take it and leave again as he has done before This resolution is satisfactory to me only if he does the prepwork and completes it then, I will give him the next one third of the payment and after that when the paint job is finished, I will pay the last one third In the contract we have said I will pay him as the work progresses, he does not agree with that and wants $just for a clumsy pressure wash where I had to clean after him for days! I am rejecting this response because: they are say sorry but not doing or taking any responsibility for there actions and are blaming it on Facebook instead but just because they factory reset it does not bean you can not do some sort of coding to restore it from factory reset because otherwise those devices would have not been still logged into my Facebook account

WE WERE ASKED TO COME DIAGNOSE THERMADORE OVEN; OVEN NOT FULLY HEATINGSCHEDULED FOR 1/23/TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 11AM-2PMOUR TECH ARRIVED @ 11:ON 1/23/WE ORDERED THE RELAY BOARD, ORDERED THRU A SPECIAL SOURCE AS THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLETHE PART FINALLY ARRIVED, CUSTOMER REFUSED TO SCHEDULE INSTALLATION, AND REQUESTING REFUND FOR $SHE HAS STATED ITS BEEN REPAIRED BY ANOTHER SERVICER
