I am very sorry it took me so long to respond to this complaint, but do to a medical problem I was not able to respond immediatelyI can assure the customer and anyone else in doubt that we do not keep credit cards on fileOur POS system system that we use for taking customers orders use's on file their phone number, address, name and their last four digits of the credit card number they used on a previous order they might have madeNo credit card numbers show up on our order screen just the last four digits, and our reason for that is for faster customer serviceOur employees ask the customer serviceour employees ask the customer for the last four digits of their card which they see on the screen ( and again they can only see the last four digits, the customer tells them the last four numbersIf the customer is using a new card my employee has to put the whole number of the credit card the customer is usingWhat brings us back to the customer's complaint saying we charged her [redacted] instead of the other card, She wanted to pay her order with we apologize for this miscommunication we are hard working people in a fast paced business and mistakes could happenWe did fix this mistake immediately and voided out that specific credit cardWe have been in business for the past years and we never had an issue like this beforeAgain we apologize for this inconvenience

This customer called and placed an order for delivery, we had given her a time frame of of about an hour for it to arriveShe received her food within forty five minutesWhen we are busy, we try to make every order be ready just about 5-minutes before a delivery driver can take itIn other
words, the food that comes out of the oven is in a delivery bag within - minutes steaming hotI personally boxed this customers food and within minutes this delivery was out the door heading to her house( minutes to get there may I add ) As soon as she got the food she called me and started yelling and swearing that her food was coldShe demanded we make her order again I tried to talk to her as politely as I could , explaining that it was impossible that her food was cold and I told her that the only thing I could do is refund her money and take the order backShe had paid with cash gift cardOur computer and POS system automatically refunds the money back to any card as soon as we delete or void the orderThis may take up to hours to appeal on a statementShe kept on calling my business and yelling at mt employees saying her money was not on her cardi tried to reason and that I had proof of thisShe still continued to call and I had to tell her to stop calling here
