We disagree with Mike's, they knew they were entering another premises, trespassing on the property of *** and *** *** The workers lied over and over again to me, ***, see previous first complaint If this is not resolved by Mike's Tree Serv this matter will be taken to the Attorney Generals Office, who I have already contacted, police also contacted and filed a report for trespassing Next complaint against aborist license, then Consumer Reporter from TV station From there our lawyer This is my response

I have reviewed the pictures emailed of the alleged cracks that our truck put in the drivewayThere is grass in the cracks, not seedlings, actual mature grassThe email was received on 4/20/2017, regarding a job we had done within that monthGrass doesnt grow that fast, especially not in a crack,
with limited sunshineI thoroughly believe this is someone who saw an opportunity to get a brand new driveway for free and tried to take advantage of it regardless of the cost to the business (who did nothing wrong)

During he estimate of this job, the customer was told that we would try to fit his job in for that coming Saturday - there were already other jobs in line - if we could not accommodate Mr*** for Saturday we would get back to him with a day and time of our arrival - the scope of the job had
already been discussed and agreed to with the customerUnfortunately, we could not fit his job in for that SaturdayMr*** called repeatedly the office staff and was told that they would pass on his message to *** and get back to himMr*** continued to call and badger the staffIt was decided that ***'s Tree would not take on Mr***'s job for fear that his behavior would continue and there would be no pleasing this customerAfter a few calls later, we agreed to do his job and for $cheaper than other quotes he had gottenPart of the issue is that Mr*** wanted more stumps ground than originally agreed toRegarding the condition of the lawnDue to the placement of the trees, Mr*** was told that our equipment would have to access the area by driving on his lawn - this was discussed and agreed to by Mr***Our crews do everything they can to avoid any lawn damagesFrom time to time these damages can not be avoidedWe did offer Mr*** the materials to fix his lawnIf Mr*** was not happy with the tree service or the customer service he received he could have called into the office and asked to speak with the Office Manager and his situation would have been handledIf he had damages to his lawn that was not handled he did(as all customers do) receive insurance certificate information whereby he was able to file a claimAny customer who is not satisfied with the work completed, to the extent Mr*** outlines, would not have paid his bill in full on the same day the work was completedWe have tried to help Mr*** and offered materials to fix his lawn in April To date we consider this account and complaint closed

Ms*** is a tenant of an address that MPT was contracted for the removal of trees and stump grindingMPT did the tree work on 01/20/The stump grinding was completed on 01/22/During the stump grinding Ms***'s car window was shattered during the grinding process caused by flying wood
debrisMs *** first reported this damage on 01/25/MPT and Ms*** agreed to have her file claim through our liability insuranceOn 02/01/we were notified from our insurance carrier that a claim had been filed and is under reviewOn 02/08/we were notified from our insurance company that Ms***'s broken window was not covered under the provisions of our policyOn 02/09/Ms*** sent an email stating that she had paid for the repair and was requesting a reimbursementWe did submit the request for a reimbursement check in the amount of $This check was cut and mailed directly to Ms*** on 03/04/MNM considers this matter resolved
