discount from $to $I removed wipes & there were noodles and grease all over the floorI recommended a camera inspectionI provided him with a number for *** ***, our everyday camera manThey feel I should have ran a camera I presume for freeI don't, and never have, owned a camera- nor did the generations before me (*** *** ***)I told her I could go back but would charge a service fee because A) line was not camera inspected as recommended & B) line was not repairedI cannot be responsible for a slum lord refusing to replace the pipe in a homeThe grass & weeds were over grown to the point that it was quite difficult to work in the situation, but his line was fully cabled- as always, like it has been for the years I personally have been going to their propertiesMr *** actually praised my "skills as a woman" at his daughters home last yearAlso at his home where I told him his trap was broken and he had it repairhis homeI don't work for freeI cant force someone to fix their pipesIf Ms *** would like a camera inspection we charge $with a DVD videoAfter that any repairs would need to be arranged through my master plumbthis will require permitsBut like she said, she has a receipt written by me- the operating owner since It has no warranty because no drain cleaner will warranty a line that needs repairOh and last night they wanted a month warrantyToday its daysShould Ms *** decide to run a camera and the inspection shows no foreign materials in the line, no shift, and a perfect line that backed up at my fault, I will give her the $back & cover my camera guyIf not, she can pay for the camera & recable fees

When I opened ***'s line onNovember 15thI specifically recommended both a root treatment of *** to be treated by a licensed plumber- immediately (per the product-providing a year warranty)I also recommended a camera inspectionA camera inspection is not done on routineIt is done when
there is an issue in the lineIt costs extra. *** chose, on his own, to buy a cheaper version and not enough of itThen he did it himself and did not have a camera ranTree roots impending into a pipe is damageThe roots enter a pipe by breaking the pipeHence removal of tree roots. I went back out to ***'s a day earlier than I promised when I returned from vacationHe knew before he scheduled the appointment (per his wife) that I had a company available to come out while I was out of town- but they have their own pricingHis wife said they would wait for me as to only have to pay the service call to return. Upon arrival, *** began yelling at me and made me very uncomfortableWe were in the back corner of a basement and my male worker was not in the house yetHe was trying to press his stomach into me and just kept yelling about how it was all my fault and he never had this problem with my father in law (whom refused to go to his home-that's why I was there)I couldn't even bend over to pick up my extension cord to plug it in because he was against meI got scared and at that time my worker came in with my tire of cabled and I told him we needed to goMy worker saw something was wrong and had me pass him 1st on the way out*** followed us up the steps and trapped me again in the dining room with his wife- between me and my workerShe proceeded to go into a back room as he continued to verbally attack meHe was so close he was spitting on meI was terrified and took off out of the front doorI got in my truck and left as he was still yelling at me. I just contacted my attorney per this incident as well as my employee who was thereWe feel like I was doing him a favor by not calling the police. Because of my good standing & respect for the Revdex.com, instead of contacting the Police- I will consider my attempt to be this: should *** be able to provide the camera inspection showing no breaks in the line where the massive tree roots penetrated his cast iron to clay sewer line, a warranty of longer than weeks by *** stating he has no damage to his line via tree roots or wear and tear & that a camera was ran "as a matter of practice"-not an up charge or per request via *** via myself (onlyweeks later), the receipt for *** installed as initially recommended (not the day it backed back up-not a cheap store bought product)- how I recommended it be done, and an apology for verbally attacking me and trapping me in his home, then I will provide a full refundI only warranty a line if the customer does as I recommendIf you flush tampons or wipes and I tell you not to & you do it again, I can't control thatSo our policy is the same for everyoneWarranty is provided WRITTEN on the receipt (*** got because he paid by *** *** ***-neither has a warranty written) and only if customer does as instructedNo one should "expect" a warranty or free workI provide it when it is something I feel is warrantable. There are plenty of plumbers in St Louis & we all do things pretty much the same wayI can't think of that would allow their female employee to be attacked by a much larger man & still do free workYou cannot just go around attacking peopleEspecially a plumber in your homeI should have called when it happened, but sometimes I have the tendency to dismiss things as me being "a girl" about it
