customer had with *** warranty (Spoke to rep at *** warranty, rep stated freeze plugs not covered component). Customer asked if we could check brakes, we checked all brake components (brake pads, rotors, calipers, checked for leaks, etc.) and road tested the vehicle no evident problems found. Check A/C system, added small amount of freon with dye, no obvious leaks found approx one month later vehicle returns for overheating found two other freeze plugs "blown out" vehicle lost all coolant/antifreeze, notified customer that there might be an underlying issue, suggested a new thermostat gasket and radiator cap, repaired freeze plugs, installed thermostat gasket and radiator cap pressure checked for leaks and checked for overheating Approx mour (4) months later customer calls claimes vehicle overheated customer hinted around about being reimbursed for brakework performed elsewhere. Customer stated on more than one occasion remorse for purchasing vehicle Mike's Specialities
