Mike's Termite & Pest Control Reviews (6)

Good afternoon, I spoke to Miss Rachel [redacted] early this afternoon concerning repairs that were performed on her [redacted] She expressed her frustration with her brother, Raymond Fisher, who brought her vehicle in for repairs without her knowledge or consentThe repairs entailed installing a used tire and remanufactured wheel due to damage at the existing tire and wheelIt is not uncommon for customers to bring vehicles in with variations in the customer's name delivering the vehicle, and that of the customer's name on the registrationQuit often husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, or other family members bring vehicles in for one anotherThere was nothing suspicious of Mr [redacted] bringing the vehicle in as he possessed the key and other pertinent documents to the vehicleWe called Mr [redacted] for authorization for repairs, which he agreed toUpon completion of the repairs, Mr [redacted] picked the vehicle up and paid for total repair cost on 10/26/(see attached signed invoice)Also, as indicated on the invoice, there was No Charge for the used tire Miss [redacted] informed me today that the repairs were performed without her knowledge and that her brother was holding the vehicle hostage until she paid him for the full repair costShe confirmed that she let her brother borrow the vehicle and stated that he damaged the rim and tire himselfWe as a business cannot control the domestic disputes of family membersAs stated in the above paragraph, there was nothing to suggest that the vehicle was stolen or brought to our facility fraudulentlyI am sorry for Miss [redacted] frustrations concerning dealings with her brother, however I cannot control issues that she and her brother haveRespectfully, Angelo Giannopoulos

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of what Angelo s Townline Inc allows in its shop, the repairs should always be confirmed with the owner whether they are present or notThe mechanic was aware that Raymond wasn't the owner because they reviewed the registration, which stated my name on itThey then proceeded to put my name on the bill, also without my knowledgeI am not looking for the mechanic to solve my issues with my brother Raymond, but I would like them to give some sort of restitution as to this $repair that was done without my consent Regards, Rachel Fisher

I am sorry for your disappointment, however as stated, it is common practice for customers to bring vehicles in for other family membersThere was nothing suspicious of Mr [redacted] request to have a tire and wheel replacedAs stated, Mr [redacted] paid for the repairs at the time of completionI would understand Miss [redacted] rejection on repairs if our business forwarded the invoice to her for payment, but this was not the caseOur business in not in the position to "give" the cost of repairs to the customer simply because two siblings had a disagreementThe vehicle was brought in for repair, services were received, and therefore monies were owedBy our business practices, the sale was processed through the proper channels
