Dear Revdex.com,
I am writing in response to case #XXXXXXXXThe customer in question did bring in her Corolla for a window tint at our Corona, CA location on the date in question of March 13, Upon smooth completion of the vehicle
the customer was called to come pick up their vehicle at the shopWhen the customer arrived and inspected the car, she was satisfied with the tinting, paid and proceeded to leave the shop after payingShe returned later and noted to my store manager *** that the front door lock wasn't functioning properly and not locking the vehicleWe asked the customer if she could return the next day for us to inspect the vehicle to help her with the lock in regards to good customer service since it was after business hoursShe happily agreed to return the next day but never came into the shopThe customer returned a few weeks later with a receipt in hand claiming we damaged the lock and that she had to have it replacedWe attempted to assist the customer in the beginning but she never brought us the vehicle for inspection we were unable to verify anything on the vehicle in respects to the lock

I did do my tint and it was on a Friday nightI called as soon I noticed that the locks were not closing from the insideI was told to bring in the next day, but since I work in Irvine, I told the *** I would bring in asap when I had a day that I could come to work later in the day, which I didHe looked at it told me that he couldn't find it anything wrong withI told him that I needed fix, so I was told to bring it again another day because he needed to get a meter and other toolsBy that time, I took it to the dealership, because I didn't want them to mess up my new car any furtherI have tried several times by calling and showing up to talk to the owner but I was given the run aroundI gave them all my information several times to try to resolve this matter and nothingI never receive any call back and I was told to go to a different storeOne of the times, that I went *** was not there and a lady was there and she again took my information and made copies of the paperwork I had and she called the ownerand when she was talking to me, she said "oh, they screw up again on the door panel"So it seems this has happen beforeI can submit Fastrack records of the days I went and cell phone records as well
