Mike's Transmission & Auto Svc

Customer did have his GMC serviced here for a rebuilt transmission (copy of invoice attached). He was charged $to rebuild the transmission. We did have to replace two of his motor mounts which was an additional $130.00, which made his total bill $1730.00, not $2000.00.He did
bring back his vehicle the week of November 13th with a complaint of it not acting correctly. We looked at the vehicle and asked if he could leave it, we were short person for weeks. So he called and we informed him that it would be something *** would have to look at and he wouldn't be back to work until the week of November 27th.He brought his car back up November 27th and we told him we would look at it. We looked at his vehicle on November 30th and he is supposed to bring the car back to us on December 7th. Yes the car was here a couple of days before we got the chance to look at it but it has been looked at and will be worked on when customer returns with his car.Thank you
