Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The vehicle that they offered for a trade did not include all of the features that I wanted and I would have to pay an additional $7, I do not think this offer is fair or sufficient I have retained the services of an attorney My attorney has sent a certified letter to the dealership and I am awaiting response Since I was lied to by this dealership, I do not think I should have to bear the burden of additional expense and still not have the vehicle that I was told I was purchasing.My hope is the dealership will act fairly to resolve this matter Regards,
The Real family took delivery of a new vehicle last evening Please close this case
Customer brought car in on *** and we provided her with transportation until we resolve her complaint
We were informed via mail today that the customer has retained and Attorney and we will correspond directly at this time

Poor and dangerous serviceI Asked to have a very large tulip tree dropped down into the woods behind my house and it fell across my backyardHe totally ignored the conversation we had days earlier about taking some weight off one side of the tree to facilitate dropping it where we wanted it to goHe used block and tackle but under cut his fell cut to muchA huge mess (piles of top tree foliage) and the tree itself which will cost me hundreds to cleanup was left with the promise of coming backlike an i
t I paid them due to the sincerity of a promise to be back on another day to make things rightThere chainsaws were dull and out of gas, his hired help looked exhausted and it was getting lateThey have been contacted by phone and email and never return email or call/pick up the phoneI wish I could attach pictures because you would see what a huge mess they madeWhen the tree dropped it tore screen on my enclosed porch and tore branches off all the trees around my houseFell very, very close to houseI wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone!!

We have made contact with this customer and are working with them to possibly trade this vehicle in and get into the desired vehicle that the customer originally wanted
