This repair shop does not give one the impression that they really know how to diagnosis and repair all foreign carMy husband and I brought our *** *** and explained the a/c would blow hot air on the passenger side and was told I needed a heater controller valve's and might need a heater module, but the valve would have to be put on first, then the shop would call and let me know if the valve worked or if they needed to install the heater module.I was called days later and told my car was ready to be picked up, and the owner would meet me on Saturday to allow us to pick up the carThere was never no mention of the moduleWe go to pick up the car and the air blows fine for only minutesThe car was not repaired and When I called the owner back Saturday three times, he finally answered then said bring it by on May 30, 2016, then was called back by shop and they stated it will now take 1,to repair the car for another part that was never mentioned in the beginning (Electronic Control Unit)We've already spent $on the first partSo very disappointed in this shop

On 05/04/I brought my Passat Turbo for an engine noise that sounded like a belt needed tightening only when engine was idle
I have never given verbal or written authorization to work on my vehicleI checked on the vehicle a few hours later and the engine has been taken apart and I was told that I have major engine damage
I later found out by the mechanic that worked on my car that the the owner of the business was not honest

The shortest version of why I'm submitting a negative response has to do with how I continue to feel about my negative experiences with Imports Only The facts: 1) I needed my work badge that was left in my car, 2) I sent my sister to get it while I was at work out of town, 3) A phone call/VM was left informing me that my car was ready for pick up unbeknownst to me when I asked my sister to get my badge, 4) My sister felt attacked by the owner who followed her into the parking lot and proceeded to ask when I was going to pick up my car because he has a lot of money tied up in that "*** car" and that he'd called me/left a voice message and I hadn't responded and could I pay some of the costs by credit card, 5) The owner did apologize to me for his behavior, but denied using profanity to herStated that he had *** tied up in cars on his lot, etc., etc6) I was never asked for prepayment nor was my car on the lot for days beyond the completion date which was that day, 7) The unprofessionalism continued when I asked to speak to *** yesterday when I picked up my car from *** He was argumentative and defensiveSmirked and laughed at me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain how I felt 8) I felt horrible as a customer not once but then twice by them, 9) I paid a little over $3,to a business who I felt disrespected me and my sister and that I was treated less than a paying customer
