The job was done over months agoThis is the first complaint that I have ever gottenShe called last week and said some of the pickets on the fence were falling downI went by her home and I dis not see any pickets falling downI did her job $under market value because I under cut another bidI feel like I have done every thing that I can do for this job

I am rejecting this response because: This is not the first time I have complained about the fence. My husband had to fix the fence gate because it was installed wrong. Second if my.bid was 2000 less then it should of been not my fault   If he bid wrong on another job again not my fault. I called and left a message on his recorder that part of my fence was down not the pickets. The whole section of the fence was down I had to pick it up and put it in my yard then my husband had to put it back today. If he did come by my house why didn't he come to the door and let me know he was here so I could show him what the problem was. My husband has to go around and put all new screws in the fence just so it doesn't fall down. My husband knows how to put a fence up he use to work for a fencing company and he said that in the spring he is going to take the whole fence down and redo it. So as I see it I paid 6800 dollars for a very bad job
