Recently I took my Jeep into the dealership for service and I advised the service writer that I was hearing a sound coming from what sounded to me like the cooling system He immediately said it is the water pump and continued on to say that my particular vehicle year received a bad batch and it was common I thought this was great, but when I came back to pick up my vehicle I was informed that the technician couldn't find anything wrong and even though they know what it is they can't fix it until they can hear that it is the water pump I couldn't believe what we coming out of this guys mouth I said so let me get this straight You would rather wait until the pump goes out which by the way is more than likely when my wife is driving then replace the pump?? The service writer apologized and said there was nothing they could do Of course I was upset and talking to some of my friends at work when one of them suggested I take my vehicle to Mikens Academy Auto Service I called and explained that my vehicle was making a noise and was wondering if they would look at it I was told to bring my car in that same day In less than a couple of hours I received a call saying I had a bad water pump I asked how they knew this as I never told them that the Jeep dealer told me that typically that is what goes out first They said they know because they can move the water pump pulley back and forth which is a sure tell sign it's bad and only a matter of time before we are stranded! So another words the Jeep dealer really did nothing to look at my vehicle I asked how much to replace the water pump and Mikens said to come down and take photos of what they are talking about so I can take my vehicle back to Jeep to have the proof for them to fix it I was shocked!! They could have easily gave me a price and I would have paid because at that point I already trusted them and I was furious at the Jeep dealer I can't tell you the respect I have for that team over at Mikens Auto Service I haven't experienced Honesty and integrity like this in a very long time They have not only earned a customer for life, but I will make sure I tell all my friends about their values Thanks Mikens!

I've been taking my vehicle in to Mikens auto for the past few years and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about themThey have reliable technicians that do a great job and take care of the problems relatively fastThey just expanded their shop with three more bays to get customers in and out even asterAnd the most important quality is that they don't try to upswell very muchThey tell you the problem that you ask about and fix it, but they do mention other problems related to your problem that are recommended but they don't push it to be fixed

Mike & the crew at Mikens are truly the best at what they do! If Mike says "I'll take care of it", trust me, he will! I experienced this first hand since I had to return my vehicle for some warranty work It took a couple times to find the source of the issue, but he was true to his word! It would've been an incredible bill if he hadn't
