Review: This was a nightmare of a relationship but I'll sum it up. I was charge 300 +tax and tips to get the fan on my A/C replaced. I called all summer because it ran too cold and the compressor wouldn't kick-off. I was told to try setting it to 80! Everything worked on my Friedrich which was cleaned and ran beautifully . Nothing on the return worked. All mechanical parts for adjusting exhaust or air direction were busted or frozen. Employee admitted it wasn't my air conditioner. I had sinus headaches all summer from this thing. To replace that air conditioner today would cost me 1200 bucks. What is in my window, and about out of coolant, is trash. The owner, [redacted], is not trustworthy. He's a bad man. I was a 9-11 responder and NEED a good A/C for my health. They sell "refurbished" for 600 (or 800) bucks and I think that's where mine went!!!!Desired Settlement: That he do right by me--or an brand new A/C because I can't trust him.
