We have paid for parts and repair and the owner will not return our washer or answer calls. He has promised to return the item several times. May2014Will not return washer and has been paid for parts and service. He has had this washer since May 2014, he has promised to return it and never has. He will not answer our calls now.Desired SettlementWe would like for him to refund our money and return our washer.

Complaint[redacted] keeps promising to refund the money due, keeps say a couple hours I haven't forgotten, don't have the money and he has been contacted by me and mMe and my husband have tried for two weeks to get this resolved, he said he put in a new motor in washing machine on 3-17-14 brought it back 4 days later and it didn't work, he came back out said it was the bearing in drum waited 2 weeks for washer and he said he couldn't fix it and would give me the money back for the bearing part which is $213.00. I also gave him $400.00 for motor and labor, but giving him the benefit of the doubt I am willing to just accept the 213.00, which he has promised for 2 weeks and now not returning calls. Desired SettlementThe $213.00 promised Business Response Refunded the amount as promised.Consumer Response Yes he finally showed up with the $213.00 thank you for your service .

Mike removed paid for parts from machine and has not refunded for those parts. On 6/15/14 Mike replaced control board and valve on our ice machine and returned ice machine to hotel. Machine stopped working. Mike picked it up again and kept it for almost a week. Finally asked him to bring it back as he could not figure out what the issue was. I asked that he put old parts back and issue refund. Mike agreed. He removed new control board & valve that we had already paid for and told me as well as another employee that he was returning the parts that day and would be refunding $907.11 of the $1205.21 we paid. We both agreed to this amount. The next day we still did not receive the refund. I spoke with Mike and he said he had to go to another town to return the other part but would have the money to me that afternoon. Several more days went by and still no refund. We and another employee, [redacted], continued to contact Mike and he kept saying he was loading a trailer, out of town, etc. but that he was coming that day, the next day, ect. On 7/31/14 I spoke Mike and advised that this had gone on long enough and we needed the money refunded ASAP. We wound up having to replace the ice machine because of further damages that Mike caused to the machine as he did not reinstall the correct parts once he removed the new ones. Mike said he was 2 miles from a [redacted] and he asked would I take a certified check. I told him I would. He asked for my address and stated check would be in the mail that day. I have still not rec'd the check. I spoke with Mike again on 8/11/14. He stated he had mailed the check. We agreed that if check did not come in that mail that day then I would call him and he would put a stop pay on the check and deliver the cash refund that evening. The refund has still not been rec'd and I have been unable to get in touch with Mike since. We paid for brand new parts and according to Mike he removed those parts and returned them for refunds and he agreed to then refund the amount to us. He has never disputed that he needed to refund the money. In fact he has agreed numerous times to refund the money and said he was on the way, would bring it that day, or it was in the mail. Desired SettlementWe would like the amount of $907.11 for the cost of the new parts that were removed and returned to be refunded as soon as possible.
