I am rejecting this response because: my husband was not the one who told him to not fix it. [redacted] spoke with me and I told him no after he said it was not worth it we could buy one from him at that price. They did not wit days to hear from us we waited on them and had to call back. Further more there was no damage to my frig when it was dropped off and [redacted] admitted to me that they damaged it and stated that's the way it goes. We were not told about any diagnisic fee and the deliver charge was 30.00 to be charged and another 20.00 when they dropped it off. My husband told the drop off guy that it was damaged and that was wrong how we got it back and he still paid him for dropping it off. That guy said it was only his second day on the job and Agreed it should have been brought back in the working condition they received it and not damaged. Now they are lying because they know what they did is wrong and very bad business. If they don't put it back in the condition they received it and fix the damage they did and admitted to I will take further action in court.

Tell us why here...I stand by my previous statement that we didn't do the damage to the outside of the fridge. I agree that the inside of the fridge should have been put back together and I am willing to send someone out to do that for you. To get the fridge in working condition it requires the control board that would cost $308 and you didn't have us fix that. I can send someone out to put it back together but I feel that is all that we are responsible for.

Review: Mikes appliance picked up our refrigerator for repair, our frig was in working condition with no dents or scratches or holes in it when they picked it up. The freezer part was icing up and that's what needed fixed. we received a call that it would be 308.00 to be fixed, we agreed to have it fixed. Then we get a call that they didn't know which controller it was and we would be taking a 50/50 chance when they sell frigs their for 300.00. At this time this was the second time I told him I wanted mine fixed but we would hold off for now and have our frig brought back to us, agreeing on a delivery price. When we finally got it back all the parts were sitting inside the frig and not in working condition like they received it. They also put huge scratches, dents, and holes in it. My husband still paid the drop off fee and told him this is not right. The gentleman agreed stating it should have been put back together and wrote a statement about the damage they did. The next morning I received a call from [redacted] stating well that's the way it goes admitted he knew they damaged my frig and didn't put it back together. He stated we put it in our bone yard because 90% of people don't want their frigs back. However I told him TWICE I wanted mine back so why would you assume that I didn't. He said well they shouldn't have charged you the drop off fee, but that's the way it goes. This company is very unprofessional and blames the customer for their poor customer service, even when you spend money at their store.Desired Settlement: I want my refrigerator put back in the condition it was in and the damages they did fixed.

After we quoted her the price she said to give her a couple of days to talk with her husband. I then moved the fridge out back and left it apart in case she wanted it fixed. We then awaited the call from her. We were told by her husband that they didn't want to repair it at the this time and wanted us to drop the fridge back off to them. We usually charge a diagnostic fee of $60 for checking out the appliances and a delivery fee of $50, we waived the Diagnostic fee and we only charged them $20 to take it from oroville to paradise and back again. The Delivery guy was told by her husband when it was delivered that he did not want it repaired. They delivery guy was told by the husband that there was damage so he wrote it down and told him he would ask about it when he got back to the shop. The damage was there when we recieved the fridge and we did no further damage to it. I can come out and put the fridge back panel back on no problem. We were told repeated times not to fix the fridge by her husband and to just bring back so that is what we did.

I am rejecting this response because: He told me that they didn't know which control board it was because there is two and he didn't know why anyone would take that 50/50 chance to repair it, because he has them at his store for 300.00. He also already said the damage was because they put it in their bone yard as he put it and that's just the way it is. He cant keep his story straight, we will take our chance in court, you do not treat customers this way and lie about all of it to the delivery, fixing it, breaking it, very bad business.
