Review: My 2012 Chevy Camaro was scheduled to be dropped off to Mikes Auto body Thursday May 30,2013 at 11 a.m. for a repair to the front driver side fender. Over next four days I received three different completion times. The first came initially my from the insurance company assuring me this would be a same day repair as this shop was capable of express work as needed. After receiving that information I decided against a rental vehicle as I wouldn't need one for a same day repair on my day off. When I arrived and spoke with the insurance adjuster on site and [redacted] the service writer, after looking over my vehicle I was told my vehicle would be ready by the end of their next business day at the latest. Although I did have to work the next day again taking both [redacted] the insurance adjuster and [redacted] the service writer at their word of when the work would be completed,I again decided against a rental. At 3 p.m. on Friday May 31,2013 I had to contact Mikes Auto body to find out when my vehicle would be ready and was told it should definitely be ready in the next hour or two. Also if I wasn't able to pick it up by the end of the day Friday it would be ready by 8:30 a.m. Monday morning. I never received a call on Friday telling me my vehicle was ready or when it really would be. All weekend I had to hope I'd be able to find a way to work because I was given the impression I would've had my car by Friday at the latest. On Monday when I contacted Mikes Auto body at 9:30 a.m. I was told by [redacted] it still was not ready and wouldn't be until lunch (whenever that is) and I would receive a call (like I had before). After calling back and again speaking with [redacted], I told him I would be there by 2:00 pm pleading that my car be ready at least 2 p.m. because I have to be at work later that day, I was hung up on.Desired Settlement: Apology for the poor customer service and although I will never personally use their services again an email that their representatives will be held to higher standards of customer service
