Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted] This is a case of them taking advantage of me!
[redacted] is not telling the truth. Three weeks went by and I had not heard anything about if my car was done yet. So I called the garage and asked if it was done. That's when she told me about the price, I was shocked and it was a lot for that little 20 year old car. That is way too much! So she told me right over the phone, that I could make payments. That's what I have to do. It still hurts me today! I have one phone and I have voice mail and caller Id and an answering machine to pick up calls, and not one call is registered from the garage at that time. And if that's the case, why didn't she use facebook to let me know that all of the exhaust needed replaced before they did the work? I don't know what she is talking about! [redacted] did not mention I could pay half. I currently have made payments and I am currently making monthly payments. I have the invoice to prove all the payments I have made, still making. They charged me a lot for a 20 year old little car. Come on!They replaced parts without my knowledge, without my consent. This is wrong to me and upsets me that they can do this. Even if it is with the inspection program, please call me or use facebook to let me know. I feel since this was such an inconvenience, I think they should wait patiently until I can get all the payments made, which I am doing month to month.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we might resolve this dispute.
thank you
 Sincerely,
[redacted]

255); font-size: 12.8px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Please understand that I paid $700 for the tow diagnosis and repair of my 2002 Mitsubishi eclipse spider it's all starting on September 11 the shop miss diagnosed the problem at least 15 times they change the diagnosis you on October 17 car was given back to me and said the problem was resolved after replacing praying and ignition interrupt however there were multiple issues that the mechanics who worked on the car had not put the car back together to my satisfaction so I brought the car back two times do you have the gearshift screwed down the dashboard glued on and finally on 20 October that ignition repaired because it was not right at that time I left the shop and 10 minutes later broke down a mile down the road from the shop as a fuse had blown and would not stop blowing when replaced at that time I thought a repair came and trailer at my car at which time they tore the bumper off ripped it in half and did a no damage to the bottom of my car they put the car in the shop and proceeded to tear the complete wiring harness out step-by-step every single day telling me that they thought it was a different problem was the    diagnosis.   Changed at least 15 times he claimed that the original problem was still the brain and ignition interrupt even though he put a in-line fuse between the fuse box and that brand because he had a fear that it would blow again this would tell me the diagnosis was wrong that it was not the brand of the brain was a symptom of the problem and that he was trying to cover up the fact that he didn't know the diagnosis says they have spent ridiculous amount of time trying to track down where they think some sort of short is in my wiring harness claiming they are not responsible when they certainly are the problem never existed before they tore my dash out now they're claiming they cannot fix the problem and would like to pull the motor from my car and put it in another car as they are unable to repair the problem
I am asking for a refund of the $600 out of 700 that I paid them I'm also asking for the value of replacing my car which if you look at comparable cars that are for sale in the area runs out between 4000 and $5000 I am also asking for the cost of the ticket I received when driving his Toyota Avalon which was not legally registeredthis cost incurred by me for a grossly negligent registration on the vehicle he had assured me was registered should not be my responsibility that should be his if you feel you can help me with these things please let me know I would greatly appreciate it I have been without a vehicle for over three months
I am also open to partial payment in cash and a replacement vehicle that I would agree upon since [redacted] obviously has multiple vehicles for sale on his property that actually belong to him if he made me a reasonable offer I would take it
thank you I look forward to getting this resolved if we are unable to resolve it by this Avenue I will be pursuing small claims court

[redacted]s why here...

Here is our response for the case number referenced. Our customer [redacted] did come to our shop to have her car inspected and it need some exhaust work. She brought us the old exhaust components to see if they where salvageable to do the job and they where not. So we had to install new...

parts to comply with the Virginian Inspection program. When we had the job completed Mrs. [redacted] was called and informed that the car was ready and how much the bill was. She did bring it to our attention that the bill was more than she had anticipated but asked if should could make payments. So with the agreement that she would pay half down and make monthly payments there after she could take her car. She made the down payment and said she would be back take make a payment on the next payday. The bill was made in June of 2016 and we had only received one payment in almost a year. I have tried to call [redacted] several times threw out with no answer. So I messaged her on facebook just a few weeks prior to her complaint with you guys. She did respond saying should would pay her bill and said she had mailed us a check via bill pay in which we never received. So when I was communicating with her about the lost check she in the mean time sends you guys a complaint against us. After I received the complaint made I messaged [redacted] back and told her we needed to settle he account in full for the work done, since she had not made any payments to clear her account and had enough nerve to file a complaint against us on top of that. We where nice enough to allow her to take her car under the agreement she would make payments and she breached that agreement by not paying anything at all, and so here we are. Thanks you for your time.[redacted] @ Mikes Auto Repair

DV Store and More is a contractor business, consisting of the owner, [redacted]---construction builder, and [redacted], Plumber.  Together, they formed a contractor business and was spotted by my husband, [redacted], in the neighborhood who was working on someone else's property on...

[redacted] Drive where my husband has property with a double wide mobile home that needs work done on it.  My husband began talking with Mr. [redacted] about work that was needed and they both toured the property to discuss originating a contract to do the work.  My husband asked me to come tour the property with both of these men who discussed with me what they could do for the mobile home, and my husband was already sold to begin the work, so I reluctantly went along with the deal as I did not know these men, though I did ask for references.  I met a couple of people in the neighborhood and saw their homes, which looked nice, so all four of us signed a contract and paid up front (materials and labor), an amount of $7,500.00.  It wasn't until after I had a personal friend of mine, a builder also, who told me and my husband we should have never paid them up front, and if at all, just purchased the materials and paid them after* they finished their work.  This friend also showed us the substandard work they did on the property, including the shabby deck with stairs that consisted of gaps in the wood which needed to be compacted together in order for people to walk on the deck, the lack of cement needed to support the posts that the deck stands on, several pieces of used, old wood that was used to build the deck and old, used wood that was not pressure treated, was used to go around the trim of the roofing.  Also, the builders never removed the old rotted wood on the siding of the home, they only placed new hardyboard siding on top of the rotted wood around the complete home.  These men also are not offering a warranty on the roofing of the mobile home, which my husband reluctantly accepts!!!  This is when I contacted the Revdex.com.  My builder friend also suggested that I contact Revdex.com because of the work that is substandard, because it would be difficult to get insurance on a mobile home with this type of work done on the property that we were hoping to move into.

RESULTS I WANT:
I desire for these men to;   A) either give me the $7,500.00 dollars refunded back to me, or  B) to upgrade the work they did on the home by replacing all old wood with new, pressure treated wood from deck and trim of roof, C) remove the rotted wood underneath the hardyboard siding of the home, and D)  give me a 20-25 year warranty that there will be no leaks from the roof for that length of time or they will guarantee repairs on it.
